Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

Access to and use of the timo4d Platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you satisfy each of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

1. You are a natural person, not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
2. You are at least 21 years of age. timo4d operates a strict 21+ policy and conducts age verification as part of the KYC process. Underage gambling is illegal and strictly prohibited on this Platform.
3. You are residing in or accessing the Platform from Indonesia. timo4d's services are designed for and primarily offered to residents of the Republic of Indonesia.
4. You are accessing the Platform on your own behalf and for your own personal entertainment purposes only.
5. You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not under any legal restriction preventing you from doing so.
6. You have not previously been excluded from the timo4d Platform or had an Account suspended or terminated for violations of these Terms & Conditions.
7. You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of any employee of timo4d or its affiliated companies.
8. You are not acting on behalf of, or in conjunction with, any third party for the purposes of placing bets or conducting transactions on this Platform.

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the timo4d Platform. Opening multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or identity documents — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration. This includes your full legal name (as it appears on your KTP or passport), date of birth, Indonesian residential address, active mobile phone number, and a valid email address. timo4d reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided at any time.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Before your first withdrawal can be processed, you must complete timo4d's KYC identity verification process. This requires uploading a clear photograph of a valid Indonesian government-issued photo ID (KTP, SIM, or Passport) alongside a selfie photograph taken at the time of verification. Failure to complete KYC will result in withdrawal requests being held pending verification. timo4d aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 24 business hours.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. timo4d will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or WhatsApp. If you believe your Account has been accessed without authorization, you must notify our support team immediately via live chat or email at [email protected].

3.5 Account Closure by Player

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting the timo4d customer support team. Any remaining cash balance (above the minimum withdrawal threshold of Rp 100,000) will be transferred to your registered bank account following KYC clearance. Bonus Funds remaining in your Account at the time of closure are not eligible for withdrawal unless all applicable wagering requirements have been met.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

timo4d accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels: bank transfers through BCA, BRI, BNI, Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, and Bank Danamon; and e-wallet transfers through OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 50,000. There is no maximum single deposit limit for standard accounts, though daily and monthly deposit limits may be applied as part of Responsible Gaming settings at the Player's request or at timo4d's discretion for player protection purposes.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bank transfer during Indonesia n banking hours (Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00 WIB) are typically credited within 5–15 minutes of receipt confirmation. Deposits made outside banking hours, on weekends, or on Indonesian public holidays may take up to 2 hours to be credited. E-wallet deposits via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are credited instantly, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

4.4 Withdrawal Requests

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to bank accounts or e-wallets registered in the same name as the verified timo4d Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Standard withdrawal requests are reviewed and dispatched within 24 hours on business days. Withdrawals submitted during weekends or Indonesian public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

4.5 Withdrawal Verification

timo4d reserves the right to request additional identity documentation before processing any withdrawal request, particularly where a Player has not yet completed full KYC verification, where the withdrawal amount is unusually large, or where the Account activity has triggered our automated fraud-detection protocols. Players are encouraged to complete KYC verification proactively to avoid delays.

4.6 Transaction Fees

timo4d does not charge any platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees, which are outside timo4d's control. Players are responsible for any fees levied by their own financial institutions.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by timo4d are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Unless stated otherwise in the relevant promotion terms, the standard wagering requirement for deposit match bonuses is 10x (ten times) the combined value of the deposit and bonus amount. Wagering contributions by game type are as follows:

• Sports betting wagers: 100% contribution toward wagering requirements
• Slot games (from certified providers including Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt): 100% contribution
• Live casino games (Evolution Gaming, Pocket Games Soft): 20% contribution
• Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets: 50% contribution
• Progressive jackpot slots: 0% contribution (jackpot games do not count toward wagering)

5.3 Bonus Abuse

timo4d employs advanced detection systems to identify and prevent bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion more than once, using promotional funds solely on low-risk betting strategies designed to extract value without genuine play intent, and collusion between Players to cycle bonus funds. Any Account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will be subject to immediate suspension, forfeiture of all Bonus Funds, and potential permanent exclusion from the Platform.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements must be fulfilled within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to your Account. Any unfulfilled Bonus Funds will automatically expire and be removed from your Account balance at the end of this period.

5.5 timo4d's Discretion

timo4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not materially disadvantage Players who have already accepted and partially fulfilled an active bonus offer. timo4d also reserves the right to decline any promotional application where there is reasonable suspicion of eligibility manipulation.

6.1 Acceptance of Bets

All bets placed on the timo4d Platform are subject to acceptance by timo4d at its sole discretion. timo4d reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet where there are reasonable grounds to do so, including where a bet appears to be placed on the basis of privileged inside information, in error, at an incorrect price, or following a technical malfunction of the Platform.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply to all bet types and may vary by market, sport, game type, and Account status. Current stake limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface at the time of bet placement. timo4d reserves the right to apply individual account-level stake restrictions where betting patterns warrant such action.

6.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void and the original stake returned where: the event is cancelled or postponed beyond the declared settlement window; a technical error caused the bet to be accepted at a manifestly incorrect price; or where the event result cannot be verified from an official, recognized source. Settlement of all sports markets is based on official results from recognized governing bodies (e.g., FIFA, PSSI for BRI Liga 1, BWF for badminton).

6.4 Live Betting

timo4d offers live in-play betting markets on selected sporting events. In-play odds fluctuate continuously and bets are accepted subject to a brief processing delay. timo4d accepts no liability for bets placed based on in-play information that was, at the time of acceptance, already outdated due to network latency or device performance on the Player's end.

6.5 Casino and RNG Games

All casino games offered on the timo4d Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent testing laboratories. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are accurate and based on long-term statistical averages — individual session outcomes may vary significantly from the stated RTP. No betting system, strategy, or external tool can influence or predict the outcome of a certified RNG-based game.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the timo4d Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification
• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any attempt to manipulate the outcome of any event on which a bet is placed
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in ways not intended for human players
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical glitches to gain an unfair advantage
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal financial activity
• Facilitating or encouraging any third party to commit any of the above prohibited acts
• Attempting to access another Player's Account without authorization
• Using VPN, proxy, or IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic or Account restrictions
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing communication with timo4d staff or other Players via any support channel

All content on the timo4d Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, typography, graphics, game interfaces, software code, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of timo4d or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, sell, modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the timo4d Platform without express prior written consent from timo4d.

Game content, including slot titles from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft, remains the intellectual property of the respective game studios and is licensed to timo4d for display on the Platform. Any unauthorized reproduction of game content is prohibited and may constitute a violation of third-party intellectual property rights.

timo4d collects, stores, and processes personal data from Players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the timo4d Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by timo4d — including name, date of birth, contact details, identity documents, and transactional history — is used exclusively for the purposes of Account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, customer support, and improving Platform services. timo4d does not sell or rent personal data to third-party commercial entities.

All data transmitted between your device and the timo4d Platform is encrypted using industry-standard SSL/TLS protocols. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, timo4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical failure; delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers; or loss of data resulting from unauthorized access to your Account where you have failed to maintain reasonable security of your credentials.

timo4d does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform and may suspend services temporarily for scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or reasons beyond its reasonable control including natural disasters, government action, or force majeure events. timo4d will endeavor to provide reasonable advance notice of scheduled downtime where possible.

In all circumstances, timo4d's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total value of real-money deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

timo4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Suspicion of fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity
• Suspicion of money laundering or violation of applicable anti-financial crime regulations
• Receipt of a valid request from a law enforcement or regulatory authority
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months with a zero or near-zero balance
• Player-requested self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming program

Where an Account is closed due to a proven breach of these Terms & Conditions by the Player, timo4d reserves the right to withhold some or all of the Account balance. Where an Account is closed at timo4d's discretion for reasons other than Player misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method following completion of KYC verification.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of the timo4d Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law principles and the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which timo4d holds its operating license. timo4d operates as an internationally licensed gaming platform.

In the event of any dispute between a Player and timo4d, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation via the timo4d customer support team. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 calendar days of the dispute being formally raised, the dispute may be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall be construed as an admission that timo4d's services are legal in any particular jurisdiction. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their participation in online gaming activities is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence.

timo4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect Players' rights or obligations — timo4d will provide at least 7 calendar days' advance notice by posting a prominent notice on the Platform and, where feasible, sending a notification to the email address registered on your Account.

Continued use of the timo4d Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to amended terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and request Account closure before the amendments take effect.

The version of these Terms & Conditions currently in force is the version displaying the most recent "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page. Prior versions are archived and can be requested from our customer support team for reference purposes.
